Search-style retargeting funnels
Cold prospecting at the top, mid-funnel video views and engagement, then retargeting for warm audiences and cart abandoners. Each layer gets its own creative and offer, not the same hero ad repeated.
Meta Ads Agency Singapore
We run Facebook and Instagram ad accounts for Singapore SMEs that are tired of agencies blaming iOS, the algorithm, or the weather for poor results. You get a working CAPI setup, a real strategist on calls, and honest ROAS numbers — not screenshot reports of reach.
The honest diagnosis
Almost every account we audit has the same three problems, and none of them are about creative. The tracking is broken, the campaign structure is over-segmented, and the agency reports are measuring the wrong things. By the time the business owner notices, six months of budget is gone.
iOS 14.5 changed the rules in 2021. Browser-only Pixel tracking misses around 30 to 50 percent of conversions on most SG ecommerce accounts we've inspected. If your agency hasn't installed the Conversions API (CAPI) properly with deduplication, Meta is optimizing your ads on bad data. The algorithm can't fix what it can't see.
The second problem is structure. We routinely see accounts with 14 active campaigns and 60 ad sets, each one starving the others of budget and learning data. Meta's machine learning needs around 50 conversions per ad set per week to exit the learning phase. Most SG SMEs don't have the volume to support that kind of structure. They need fewer, better-fed campaigns.
The third one is the report. "Reach: 1.2M, Engagement: 87K, Link Clicks: 4,500." None of that is revenue. If your monthly report doesn't show you cost per lead, ROAS, and a side-by-side against last month, the agency is hiding the bad news.
How we think about Meta Ads
Meta Ads is a profit channel or it's nothing. We don't sell impressions, brand lift, or "awareness" as the headline result. If a campaign isn't paying back within a reasonable window for your business model, we kill it and try something else.
That sounds obvious. It isn't. Most agencies in Singapore are paid a percentage of ad spend, which means they're rewarded for spending more, not for spending well. We work on flat retainers. Whether your monthly Meta budget is $5K or $50K, our fee is the same — so the only thing we're optimizing for is your numbers.
We also tell you when Meta Ads isn't right for you. If you sell a $200K B2B enterprise contract with a 9-month sales cycle, Meta is probably not your channel. If your AOV is $12 and your margin is 15 percent, the math doesn't work no matter how clever the targeting is. Better to find out in your consultation than after three months of spend.
When Meta does work, we want to know why. Every test has a hypothesis, a measurement window, and a defined exit. No "let's just try this and see" without a number attached to "see".
Service breakdown
A modern Meta account is six things working together. Get any of them wrong and the rest underperform. This is what we set up, monitor, and rebuild for every client.
01
Cold prospecting at the top, mid-funnel video views and engagement, then retargeting for warm audiences and cart abandoners. Each layer gets its own creative and offer, not the same hero ad repeated.
02
We use Meta's Advantage+ stack where the data supports it, and override it where it doesn't. Not every account benefits from full automation. We test before we hand the keys over.
03
Reels and short video drive the cheapest impressions on Meta right now. We brief and produce vertical 9:16 creative tied to a hook framework that's tested against your audience, not a generic agency template.
04
Lookalikes built off purchase data, not page likes. We also keep an interest-based control set running because Advantage+ Audience sometimes spends into the wrong segment. Both audience types get measured and pruned monthly.
05
Server-side Conversions API with event deduplication, proper match quality scores, and a regular audit of event payloads. Without this, Meta is making decisions blind. With it, Meta optimises on the conversions it would otherwise never see.
06
For ecommerce, a clean Meta catalog connected to your product feed. Dynamic ads retarget viewers with the exact products they looked at, and DPA for prospecting runs against lookalikes of past purchasers.
What you get
Every Meta Ads engagement comes with the same core stack — tailored to your industry and target ROAS.
Strategy
A written 90-day Meta plan tied to your business numbers, not platform metrics. We bring it to the kickoff and revise it monthly based on what the data says, not what we hoped would happen.
Execution
Daily monitoring during launch, then a defined optimization cadence after. Creative refresh is scheduled, not reactive. You see the changes in the change log before the monthly call.
Accountability
Spend, ROAS, cost per result, side-by-side against last month, and a short written commentary on what we changed and why.
Transparency
You own the Meta Business Manager. You own the ad account, the Pixel, the catalog, and the creative we produce for you. When the engagement ends, you walk out with everything — no held-hostage assets, no "agency-owned" Pixel.
We use shared access, not handover. That means we're added as a partner on your Business Manager, never the other way around. If you ever fire us, you click one button and we lose access. We've seen too many founders trapped because the previous agency "owned" the account. That's not how we work.
Reporting is the same. Real numbers, real attribution windows, both 7-day click and 1-day view shown separately so you can see the difference. If a month was bad, the report says so on the first page. We'd rather lose a client by being honest than keep one by spinning.
This is the standard for in-house performance teams at serious SG companies. We bring that standard to every client we work with, regardless of account size.
Process
01 — Discovery
Two-hour call plus an account audit. We look at your last 12 months of Meta spend, your Pixel and CAPI setup, attribution quality, and what's worked historically. Output: a written diagnosis of the account, before we plan anything.
02 — Planning
90-day plan with budget allocation, campaign structure, creative brief, and a tracking fix list. We rebuild the Pixel and CAPI if they're broken. Nothing goes live until the foundation is clean.
03 — Execution
Phased rollout — cold prospecting first, retargeting layered in once we have data. Creative testing on a published schedule. Weekly internal review, monthly external review with you.
04 — Monitoring
Once unit economics work at the starting budget, we scale. We don't push spend into a campaign that hasn't earned it. Scaling decisions are tied to CPA, ROAS, and break-even targets you set with us.
FAQs
For most SG SMEs we work with, $3K to $5K a month is the realistic minimum for a single market. Below that, Meta's algorithm doesn't get enough conversion data per week to exit the learning phase, and you end up paying inflated CPMs for unstable results. If your budget is tighter, we'd usually point you at SEO or Google Search Ads first. That floor is your media budget, not our fee. We work to your requirement and what your budget allows, which is why we don't sell standard packages: every campaign is built around your business.
No, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. CPL depends on your offer, your audience, your creative, your landing page, and what your competitors are bidding. We'll give you a forecast range based on your industry and historical data, but a number-on-paper guarantee is either a lie or a setup for a refund fight.
Usually yes. iOS 14.5+ blocks browser-based Pixel tracking for opted-out users, which is most iPhone users in Singapore now. Without CAPI sending server-side events with proper deduplication, you're losing 30 to 50 percent of visible conversions. We fix this as the first step of any new engagement.
Different intent. Google Ads catches people actively searching for what you sell — high intent, high CPC. Meta Ads catches people who weren't looking but match your buyer profile — lower intent, lower CPC, needs better creative to convert. Most SG SMEs we work with need both, with budget weighted toward whichever channel has the cleaner unit economics for them.
The minimum contract is 6 months. The first months go into setting the account up properly: tracking and CAPI, campaign structure, and the first rounds of creative testing. After that, it's fair to judge us on results, and most clients stay 12+ months because the numbers work.
Yes, scripts and briefs included, video editing for short-form (Reels, in-feed video). For most performance accounts, founder-shot iPhone footage edited tightly outperforms studio work.
B2B with long sales cycles and tiny audience sizes (under 50K total in SG), single-purchase services where customers research heavily on Google before buying, and any business with margins too thin to absorb a CPA above $30. We'll tell you in your consultation. Better to say no upfront than waste your budget.
Yes. You get the person actually running your account on email and WhatsApp, not an account manager who relays messages. Singapore in-house team, working hours overlap your business hours.
