Recruitment scam notice

People are receiving fake job offers that use Outrankco’s name and logo. These messages are not from us, and we have reported them to the police.

Our recruitment emails come only from careers@outrankco.sg. We never email from Gmail or any other free email address.

What the fake messages look like

Recent messages we know about:

  • Emails signed by “Rachel” or “Grace” from “the HR Department at OUTRANKCO PTE. LTD.”, with subject lines such as “Operation Representative position at OUTRANKCO PTE. LTD.” One came from outrankcopteltd.sg@gmail.com.
  • A reply to a job application, for roles such as “IT Manager” or “Operations Representative”, that says your resume came “through the recruitment platform”.
  • A banner with the Outrankco name and logo, offering “up to SGD 9,000/month” or “up to SGD 6,500/month”, hybrid or remote work, extra annual leave and a 13th-month bonus. Some also list part-time pay, such as SGD 2,800 a month.
  • WhatsApp or Telegram messages, some from overseas numbers.

Scammers change names, addresses and numbers often. A message that doesn’t match this list can still be fake.
